Core Performance Fitness and Training is thrilled to announce our newest instructor, Monica Castillo Mengotti from Madrid, Spain.  Monica and her husband Javier along with their son moved here 2 years ago.  Monica owned her own Pilates studio in Spain and is excited to share her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for Pilates with us at Core Performance.pilates-monica

Pilates a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates.  He developed a system of exercises, which were intended to strengthen the human mind and body. Pilates believed that mental and physical health were interrelated

If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.
